Facilities and activities

In one of the wings of the castle of Saint Martin de la Garrigue, near Montpellier, a wine cellar has been constructed for the presentation and tasting of wine. The high-ceilinged space, open to two large courtyards of the castle, overlooked by the of fices, connects to the vast cellars illuminated by light. A specially designed, ergonomic piece of furniture, whose organic shape encourages people to gather around the wine and take the time to taste it, is surrounded by this vast, luminous space, open to the distant vineyards and the nobility of the place.
